Annual Membership Form

Membership in the GFAA affirms your interest in Painting, Drawing and Graphic Arts

and your desire to exchange ideas, experiences and techniques,

and provides opportunities to exhibit your work.

The membership runs from September 1 of the current year to August 31 of the following year. Dues are $30.00. Dues paid AFTER the juried Spring Show will pay for the next year, because we don’t have meetings between June and September.

Regular meetings are held each month from September through May, from 7:00-9:00 pm on the second Thursday of the month at Stedwick Community Center in Montgomery Village at 10401 Stedwick Road. A holiday dinner takes the place of the December meeting and a reception takes the place of the final meeting of the membership year during our spring juried show.

A digital “image bank” may be started, and the images used to advertise GFAA-sponsored shows on posters, postcard invitations, etc. The image would be chosen by a majority of the board of directors or, whenever possible, by an impartial and qualified judge. · __ Help with membership (make phone calls, send out “get well cards”, etc.)

· __ Help with refreshments for meetings.
