Barbara Nuss Workshop

Well known artist Barbara Nuss, who recently held a very successful exclusive workshop for GFAA members at Perry Kapsch�s farm, wrote: I want to thank you and Jackie and GFAA for asking me to do the workshop last Saturday. I had a great time, and enjoyed meeting you all. So gracious of Perry to have us to her beautiful farm. I hope to see many of you again. Barbara will be having a 2-day workshop this July. Paint-Out June 4

Our first paint-out of the year will be June 4 (rain date June 5). We will meet at 9:30 am at the parking lot near the dock at Lake Whetstone in Montgomery Village. You can find it by taking Montgomery Village Avenue from 355 or 270 and turning right on Lake Shore Drive, the next light after Midcounty Highway. Then turn left into the parking area. It would be helpful if you call Sandy Fritter or Darla Tagrin to let us know you are coming (see board member contact numbers). Bring your painting equipment, a hat, sunscreen, water, and most of all, yourself! This is a good chance for plein air neophytes like your editor to try something different.
